Cancellation Policy

At Panchajanyam Rest House, we understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while ensuring smooth management of room availability.


Cancellation Requests

All cancellation requests must be made by contacting us directly through phone, WhatsApp, or the booking method used at the time of reservation. Requests are only considered valid once confirmed by our team.


Cancellation Timeline

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before check-in may be eligible for a refund or rescheduling, subject to availability.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in are not eligible for a refund.

  • No-shows (failure to arrive without prior notice) will not receive any refund.


Refunds

If a cancellation qualifies for a refund, the amount will be processed after deducting any applicable service or transaction charges. Refunds will be made to the original payment method and may take several working days to reflect.


Date Changes

Date changes are allowed based on availability. Requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled check-in.


Special Occasions and Peak Periods

During peak seasons, festival dates, or special temple events, cancellations may not be eligible for any refund due to high demand.


Final Authority

Panchajanyam Rest House reserves the right to make the final decision regarding cancellations, refunds, or date changes based on booking conditions and availability.
